3. User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of all text, images, and audio you submit. By uploading content to WishMint, you grant us a limited, worldwide license solely to host and display the content for the intended recipient.

You agree that you will not upload any content that:

• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains defamatory, threatening, hateful, or harassing material.
• Contains non-consensual imagery, sexually explicit material, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to immediately remove any gift and terminate access if content violates these standards.

4. Payments and Pricing

WishMint operates on a one-time payment model for each digital surprise. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden recurring charges. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

5. Service Availability and Expiry

We strive for continuous, reliable availability. However, service depends on server availability, third-party hosting partners, and network conditions. Gift access duration corresponds to the chosen plan: Basic (30 days), Premium (365 days), or Deluxe (permanent).
